Shipping policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Mannगिरी in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

All orders are dispatched within 12-15 business days of order placement. Business days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Made to Order/ Orders with customization might take slightly longer to dispatch. The same will be informed to you via email or Whatsapp.

Once the dispatch happens, the delivery may take 2-5 business days depending on the destination city.
The dispatch details with the tracking number are sent to the registered email id or WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available only in India for a charge of ₹118 inc GST.

Cash on Delivery is not available for International Orders.

COD Fee and Shipping Charges are different and charged separately as per applicability. In case of Exchange of the order, any COD Fee or Shipping Charges paid for the order are non-refundable.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

TAMPERED DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY ISSUES RESOLUTION

Mannगिरी uses third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels. These courier companies work independently and Mannगिरी does not have any direct control over working or policies of the courier companies.  In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Mannगिरी shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.

If a parcel is received in tampered condition, the customer shall refuse to accept the parcel from the courier person.

Even if the parcel is intact, Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.

In case the customer denies receiving the parcel, while the courier company shows the parcel to be delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of the delivery message. Mannगिरी will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company.

Even after sharing POD, if a customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Mannगिरी can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company. Mannगिरी would re-fulfil the order ONLY when the courier company confirms that indeed the parcel is lost and not delivered to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Mannगिरी ships across the globe. For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.

Shipping charge for international orders depends on the ordered product(s) and location of the delivery address. It will be reflected on the checkout page once you input your complete delivery address on the checkout page.

Important: As you add more products in your order, shipping cost per product decreases drastically.

Note: For international orders, Custom charges may be levied at the port of entry which needs to be fulfilled by the customer. These charges are calculated by the custom/relevant department of the importing country. Though, usually there is no import charges for textiles
